I have purchased a Pro 5 2K camera that I want to connect to my existing system. To do this I need to upgrade to a new app, but when I start on the process it tells me that my Chime 2 doesn't work with this new app. Does anyone know when an updated firmware is released for Chime 2? I do need this Chime, so what to do, is there a workaround so I can use the old app?

Hi again,
I followed the instruction in this tread and it worked perfectly.
Was easy to connect the chime afterwards, seems it can't be migrated as the doorbell camera can.
I think this should be said during the installation, instead of saying there's no updated firmware, cause
this stopped me, instead of helping me.
Happy that I could get help here.

I happen to have a Chime 2 connected to my account which has been using the new interface for a long time. WHat doorbell is it paired with? I suppose you could remove the chime from your account, migrate to the new interface and then add the chime back in.

Just says Arlo Video Doorbell Wired on the box. I'll try it out, if it works it's good if I'll ask again.
