After receiving the latest update to my Samsung, A23 phone. My doorbell will not longer record video to my Arlo 4540 base. Tried reinstalling doorbell but still doesn't record.
I'm receiving a error message that Arlo is working on this problem. Please advise.

Eject the drive from your hub and check on a computer to see if the recordings are actually there. Are you using the latest app? Have you tried rebooting your phone and reinstalling the app?
