Motion is not recording

Since a week the arlo is not recording motion anymore. It will record manually. My video doorbell is working correct and records the motion. I have been trying to reset everything. But no succes yet. Can someone please advise?

What mode are you using? Try the Armed mode. Verify the sensitivity setting in the modes and rules. A restart of the doorbell may help but a power cycle may be better.
