Low batteries

Wired video doorbell keeps notifying me that the batteries are low. I just got it 3 dsys ago dont know where batteries are located.

There's a rechargeable battery in the doorbell to help boost the available current draw under certain circumstances where the transformer can't supply enough. Make sure your transformer is of the proper voltage and current ratings as listed in the doorbell docs and that the transformer, wiring and connection on the doorbell are all in good condition.
