Loud buzzing and ring from old doorbell chime box

Is anyone experiencing problems with their old chime box just buzzing and randomly chiming with the arlo video Doorbell?
I’m barely in the process of installing the video doorbell, just got the power kit into the old doorbell chime box and then as I turned the power back on I hear this loud buzzing and random chiming like someone is ringing the doorbell but I’m not even done installing the actual doorbell yet.
Please help I don’t want to continue to drill holes on my stucco wall for nothing if this buzzing noise continues and there’s no way to stop it because I would have to return it... this was supposed to be simple...

This could be an indication of a power issue with your transformer or an incompatibility with your chime box.
