Losing connection

Hi, video doorbell keeps losing connection at least 1 time per day. Tried resetting a couple of times, Distance wifi is a prox 10 meters. Reset router also, anybody ideas please.

WHich doorbell? If a battery one (AVD2001 or the newer Essential 2 models), try bringing it inside the door for testing.
