In the ANDROID app, when trying to access my account I am required to complete 2 step verification. My Trusted Device is named "Chris Phone" and is my cell phone, with a green checkmark. When trying to verify it tell me to accept it on my cell phone, but then immediately says it was denied and to try another device.
I successfully added a second Trusted Device, which again is my cell phone under a different naming convention, and selected that with the green checkmark. When trying to verify, I get the same error stating it was denied and to try a different device.
Finally I choose to send an SMS to my cell phone (same number) and that will actually work.
How do I get my Trusted Devices to actually work?

I know that there have been numerous threads reporting that the 2fa push requests not going to phones and the request then times out within seconds.
If you have a subscription plan, suggests you contact arlo support and open a fault case. Look in the app settings/support section of the app.

What phone model, and what version of Android?
Have you checked that Android is allowing push notifications to reach the app?

Hello it's a Samsung S20 FE 5G running Android 12. I confirmed via the instructions going through the link you provided that Push notifications are enabled for the Arlo app level as well as the modes.

And you are unable to log into the S20 even though it is trusted?

I am beyond frustrated with the two step verification process. For a while I was able to send push notifications to my email address to access data from my cameras. Now, when I go to the app, I can't even log in. I just get a blue screen. I no longer have my old iphone, so I don't know what to do. If I can't access my cameras, what's the point in having them. Can anyone help? I tried using my laptop to log in and delete my old phone from the system, but it's asking for me to send push notifications from my laptop as well.

Select "another verification method", and then choose email.
