Is there a brick extension for Narrow Trim to mount doorbell? All I've found so far are people/sites that custom 3D print ones. Examples:

While it may not be pretty, depending on your skills, why not just use a block of wood to do this? Surely someone you know has scrap pieces and an appropriate saw. Drilling holes so the block doesn't split would be a good thing to add.

Maybe. Agree it would not be pretty. I've also seen others drilling an angled hole through the brick and extending wires. Like this example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2duxfxu1x88
