When I lose access it suggests that power is lost and / or loss of internet. But, a second camera is functioning OK. I am not local and cannot troubleshoot from my location. Doorbell camera is hard wired.

Are you able to reboot the camera from your app under settings > My Device . Select the doorbell and scroll down > Restart
