Arlo just lost my future business, I fully intended to transport my Arlo door bell camera to my new home when I move Nov 27/23
I initially requested to place my account on hold.
Arlo would not do that.
So I attempted to cancel and missed the steps due to a drop in communications , I thought the cancelation took affect months ago.
Due to Arlo's inflexible policy on my refund request....even though Arlo techs can see my doorbell has been out of use in a box since July. I will depart an upset and dissatisfied past customer.
I took the doorbell off in July and replaced it with the old standard doorbell so prospective buyers of my home would not think the Arlo was included in the sale.
For the minimal refund I requested Arlo just lost years of future revenue.
Stupid business and poor customer service all round!
