Hi there. I had to try and reconnect my wired doorbell to my home hub for my Arlo ultras, all firmware up to date) after switching off my router briefly. However the hub cannot find the doorbell on set up (I’ve tried a reset of the doorbell but no luck). I can connect doorbell to WiFi but not through hub as I did originally had on first purchase. The hub is around 3m from the doorbell.
I’ve also tried splitting my WiFi to 2.4 but didn’t work (not sure if I need to change the hub settings here)
Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi @Zcartwright

Are you still experiencing this issue with connecting your Doorbell to the base station?

Hi there,
I contacted support and they have helped me resolve the issue by suggesting I unplug the power and Ethernet from the hub briefly and then powering up again.
Thanks for following up.

I am trying to connect my AVD2001 essential doorbell to my hub. I validated that the firmware is up to date but when I try to set up it never gives me the option to pair with the hub.

Can't be done, the AVD2001 doesn't support that yet.  See item 18 here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062526/Arlo-Essential-Video-Doorbell-Wire-Free-FAQ

But Arlo says that feature is in the works, so you could start with your home wifi for now.
