Dear all.
Two family members added as friend for using Doorbell and one , my son was going good.
The other my wife , I cant get it working . Still in pending request.
She have a Arlo account and can login but doesn’t get the already doorbell in her menu.
She used the Mail link for making account / or / and logging in.
What is the best procedure or how can I add the camera manual in her account to get it working.

Have her click on "create account" on a PC. That will open the browser to my.arlo.com. From there, she logs into the existing account (no need to create another one).
