Help installing Video Doorbell

We purchased the Arlo Wired Video Doorbell a while ago to replace our Ring doorbell. The Ring doorbell was super easy to install, but we have yet to figure out how to get our Arlo video doorbell installed, connected to our wi-fi, and added to our app. We own 3 Arlo cameras as well (which is why we've been trying to switch to the Arlo doorbell) and they were really easy to set-up and add to our app. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we might be doing wrong and how to get this connected to set-up on our app. Thank you!

In order to help, we'd have to know more.

Where do you get stuck when you go into "add device" on your phone, and select the wired doorbell?  The workflow there will prompt you for both hardware and software installation steps.  Note you cannot do this on a PC, it needs to be done in the app.
