I am trying to grant access to my video doorbell to my wife. She received the email and created an account, but she does not see the camera in her devices. I've tried changing the access rights and resending, but no matter what, the device does not show in her account.

I'll answer my own question....apparently if you use the website instead of the app, it works fine.
