Smart notifications are every 3 minutes (sound notification detected). I have selected people, vehicles and animals. Others are unselected. I’ve adjusted the motion sensitivity. Uninstalled camera/app and reinstalled. Nothing changed. Please help…..

You should disable the sound notification trigger in the camera mode rules.
The camera settings are for muting the audio for privacy purposes.
