FRAUDULENT, CHARGE, $5170.00

I have a $5,170.00 fraudulent charge on on checking account from this company. I have never done business with this comp. before, never heard of it, and never approved any charges in any amount. Google searches shows that these fraudulent charges are widespread. Its impossible to contact anyone within this comp ( if in fact its a legit company at all). A police report has been filed but the transaction has been in "pending" status since Nov 27. BE ON ALERT EVERYONE, CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS

Someone else got hold of your payment method credentials, and used that to charge Arlo.
So begin by contacting your financial institution to dispute the charge, and if this was a credit card then cancel it and get a new one. Also change the password on any accounts that have the payment information saved.
One of the mods here - @BrookeN, @JamesC, @ShayneS - will create a support ticket on your behalf.

Well, there are millions of people who are paying for an Arlo subscription, as well as millions of people who have purchased their cameras. So the fraction of fraudulent charges is quite small. You see the issues publicly posted here because Arlo doesn't publish a support phone number (support is generally only available to subscribers, and is gotten through the Arlo app).

I have reached out to supper regarding the charges you received, support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible. However, I do suggest reaching out to your financial institution, as these charges are generally from a compromised card.
