I have reset 5 times and I cannot get it to connect to the Base Station or wireless Internet. I can’t even add it to the Arlo app, it cannot be detected.

WHat is the ring light around the doorbell button showing? When ypu reset, did you hold the button for >10 seconds until the ring started flashing?

It flashes white like it’s supposed to. Then the app tries to detect the device and nothing happens.

It might be fastest to just swap at the store on the theory that it's a faulty device.
