I’ve searched for an answer to this annoying feature on not being able to disable/silence the incoming call without silencing the door chime as well. The best answer I could find for an iPhone was to create a new contact for the Arlo call and assign it a less obnoxious ringtone. Just blocking future incoming calls from Arlo does not work. This problems has been reported by many and Arlo has reported it as “solved,” which it is not. This shouldn’t be too difficult to solve and if it’s not, it may force us and others to replace the doorbell with something with more functionality. Please address this annoying feature.

FNG,
You should be able to silence incoming calls and then enable your chime so that it will still ring. For more information, see here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062169/How-do-I-receive-incoming-calls-or-voice-messages-from-the-Arlo-Doorbe...
