So my arlo doorbell stopped working a few days ago it will live stream but won’t record or notify us on Alexa I have reset it re installed it still won’t work subscription is up to date and camera is active but still nothing wifi is also working not sure if device is faulty?

Welcome to the club I am on my third new camera doorbell in the past 2 years and it still malfunctioning malfunctioning it's not the camera the Arlo software is CRAP!!!!!

What mode is currently active? Are you using the default "Armed" mode or a custom mode?

Default all cameras are always armed no custom mode

Check to make sure the doorbell is participating in your subscription plan within your Arlo account under Settings > Subscription > Manage Cameras

The camera is in an active subscription and armed

If the camera is armed and has an active subscription but you're still experiencing the same issue, I encourage you to reach out to the Arlo Support team using the Arlo Secure app. You can find support options under Settings > Support.
