Doorbell not recording with subscription

On February 23 our doorbell stopped recording videos. Our monthly subscription payment came out on February 21, so we have a subscription till at least March 21. All firmware and software says it is up to date. It is now march 1, why do we have no videos for a week?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?
