Doorbell camera delay video

we have had a wired video doorbell camera for sometime now, and it takes up to a minute and a half after a doorbell button press to have actual live video feed on my iPhone. I am now looking into it alternative provider as this is extremely annoying and troublesome.

I have had to repeat this post as I never received notice that there was a reply. So I cannot respond to that one reply.

Try disabling WiFi alternately with cell service on the phone to see if one works better than the other. At first blush, it seems to be a connection issue with either the doorbell to your router or hub but could be an issue with the phone's connection to the Arlo servers.
