We've had this doorbell for one year. A problem of green pixelated screen started a few weeks ago. Only appears in night recordings. Audio is fine. Day recordings are fine.
We've checked the community board and followed suggestions. Nothing worked.
We are so disappointed in this product that has a wide spread problem with no fix.

I have 2 doorbells and don't have this issue on a regular basis so I'd say it's not widespread. That doesn't help when you have the problem, however.
The usual issue is some sort of signal strength or quality issue. It's possible that at night there's more 2.4GHz activity in your house and immediate neighborhood causing this. It's also possible that upload speeds diminish at night due to your usage as well as the neighbors'. Have you measured upload speeds using speedtest.net both during the day as well as at night when you see the problem?
