I just installed the wired doorbell and am going through the settings to adjust them to my liking.
When the doorbell is not in silent mode, everything works fine. I get the phone call, doorbell was pushed notification, etc.
When it is in silent mode however, I don't get notifications that the doorbell was pushed anymore.
I don't want the phone calls or the leave a message turned on because of kids in my neighborhood but I would like to know when someone actually pushes the button as opposed to just the motion detected notification.
Is there a way to make this work?

You can turn off the leave a message setting in the settings for the doorbell. You can navigate to Settings > My Devices > Select the doorbell > Silent mode

Thank you, but I'm aware of that.
What I want is to turn on Silent Mode, but still get the notifications to my phone that someone pushed the doorbell.
With Silent Mode off, the notifications work (along side motion notifications). With Silent Mode on, the "Doorbell Pushed" notifications stop (but motion notifications continue).

Can you provide a screenshot of the notification recieved?. If you have your rules set to receive push notifications under Armed/Custom modes, you should receive the notification regardless of silent mode being activated.

Sure. The first is with silent mode off. The second is with silent mode on. Note "someone has pressed doorbell".

Thanks, I'll ask my support team for further clarification. I'll provide an update as soon as I receive more info.
