Do you mean you are using mobile broadband for internet?
Or do you mean that your wifi router is 5 ghz?
If the latter, then most 5 ghz routers are dual or tri-band - providing 2.4 ghz wifi as well as 5 ghz. What router are you using?

I can totally help. I spent hours on this and all it took was a simple 10 minute call to my internet provider to have them split my internet so the doorbell could connect just to the 2g
