Had to do a hard reset on our door bell. Everything is back up and running but I cannot get back into my cloud account from my iPhone. All videos are gone? How to I get back into the cloud which I’ve already paid for and have been using for 90+ days?

If you mean you simply can't log into your account on the phone, try a different device, even a computer using the web client to verify. Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? 

 

Also, 90+ days means your trial subscription has expired. If you don't have a subscription, only local recordings are possible but that requires connecting the doorbell to a base or hub.
