I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro Max to connect my Chime 2 which I've previously used to connect it with no problems.
My base station, all my cameras and the doorbell have connected ok.
When trying to connect the chime, I've scanned the QR code, plugged in the chime and when I try to connect I get the message 'Unable to join the network' referring to the temporary Arlo network.
Does anyone know of a fix for this please? I've seen other posts referring to later iPhone models not working but my phone has never been the issue as I've connected the chime with it before.

Can you double check if you have the setting enabled as well?
Ensure the location permissions for the Arlo Secure App are properly set on your mobile device before installing the Arlo Chime or Chime 2. The Arlo Chime or Chime 2 installation might encounter errors if the location permissions are not properly enabled.
iOS devices:
- Launch iOS Settings.
- Tap Arlo Secure.
- Tap Location.
- Select Always.
