I just installed all the cameras, doorbells, and a Chime 2 the purpose for the Chime was to alert us when cars came in the driveway, being connected to a camera. Yet now it seems the chime only recognizes doorbells. This even while the chime description says "when motion or audio is detected by your Arlo doorbell or camera." And also a little animation after setting it up shows a camera triggering it. What am I missing? Anyone know how to get the chime to alert off a camera?

Agreed. I may also be missing something but I don't see a way to have it pair to any camera other than a doorbell camera.

I was able to get on a chat with a person last night about this issue... So they say that you can create a rule in the routines tab, that will then connect a camera to the doorbell, which should then trigger the chime. Unfortunately it appears it can only trigger the regency siren at the doorbell. Still didn't get the chime to go, but the doorbell siren was obnoxious. So it really doesn't appear functional to me.

I wonder if this is related to the need to have the doorbell connected to WiFi instead of a hub to be able to add rules for the doorbell. If/when there's an update that allows a hub-connected doorbell to create rules, try it again. No idea how long we need to wait...

Edit: I see there's new firmware for the wireless doorbell so I need to try that. No update for the wired version yet.
