Hi, I have had the video doorbell installed for a couple of months now and at first it all worked fine. But recently (in the last few 2 weeks) no one has been able to answer any any of the calls from the doorbell. I've tried reinstalling the app and resyncing the doorbell and neither has helped.

I have tested it both on Wi-Fi and my LTE connection.  It was working as expected now.  Thank you.  Firmware 1.14.0.0_117_xxxxxx  on my doorbell and 1.16.6.2_1022_xxxxxx on my Ultra base station.

Is yours the wired doorbell?

Mine the wire free,

Have done all the updates and reinstalled the thing and no dice still.

These things dont connect to the smart hubs which is fing annoying..
