Can't connect to network

Can't reconnect to network???  Tried several times?  Anyone know a number we can call for help!  Their chat support sucks!  It wants me to subscribe to a plan but why do that if items won't work?

What error messages are you seeing? Is the doorbell showing offline within your Arlo Mobile app or have you removed it from your account and are trying to re-onboard?
