When I try to connect my new doorbell to Alexa it has me login to my account and I get the following

error message even though the phone I am using is the same phone the bell is set up on.

Don't know what to do next.

So you are not receiving the push notification to the OnePlus 8? Have you tried the another verification method option at the bottom of the screen?
