I've tried everything. I know I'm connecting to the correct band, etc. I bought a voltage tester. That's not the problem. I have changed to the proper settings on my iPhone. I actually got the doorbell to connect once. Then it stalled on the firmware installation. I power cycled it. I reset it and am now stuck at reinstall. I get the dreaded amber lights. I have a mesh system. There are TWO routers within 15 feet of this thing. Does it have a defective antenna? I have ZERO problems connecting other devices to my networks -- even from 50+ ft away. The chat "help" is non-responsive. Somebody help me.

carolpdx,
If the doorbell was previously connected and you're now trying to reinstall you must first factory reset before going through setup.
First, make sure you've removed the doorbell if it is present within your Arlo account settings, then follow these instructions to factory reset: How do I reset my Arlo Essential Video Doorbell?
After the reset is complete, attempt onboarding again.
