Adding a friend is not working at all.
I have re-set the unit, re-sent invites and updated our apps. It’s extremely frustrating to get answers when this seems like something that should be so simple to correct. I have read through every question/solution on this page for answers and nothing that anyone else has done has worked.

Has the invitation been accepted using a computer instead of the app? That seems to work better. If the invite shows as accepted in your account, all should be well. If pending, the use of a computer to click on the link may be the answer.
Also note that all users, owner and guests, must be using the same app version as well as the same user interface (UI). The 3.x UI shows Library to view videos while the 4.x UI shows Feed. If not matched the person with the 3.x UI needs to migrate to the new one. This introduces more action once migrated since modes don't transfer so you'd have to rebuild everything using the 3 default modes - new modes can't be added.
