Camera recordings stopped

Hi all,

I have avd1001 arlo video doorbell, and last couples ago the recording from my video doorbell has stopped storing those recordings now. I have tried restarting it, but rysncing with my phone. But I can’t seem to get camera read the barcode and to chime after that. But it is working, in the sense that we tried the live camera and it was tracking us in from the camera.

So I’m kinda confused on what to do, there doesn’t seem to be a battery in it, since it connected directly to the bell power wires. If anyone can help, please do. Thank you

Is your subscription expired? The trial lasts for 3 months - after that you either need to have it connected to a base or hub for local recordings or have a subscription for cloud recordings. Any camera newer than the Pro 2 requires that sub.
