Camera on/off

Arlo app states the camera is currently disabled. Tells me to go to settings and turn it on. I go to settings and nowhere to be found is the on/off function. How do I fix this issue?

Log in to your Arlo mobile app and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select the desired device > use the "Device On" toggle under General.

Thanks for replying to my message, appreciate it. I can follow all the steps you listed except I don't see anything within the app that says "General". I was able to fix it but had to remove the device from the app and reinstall it. Really hoping it doesn't happen often and hasn't yet but I've only had the video doorbell for a month now. Still weird how I don't see a General section within the app.

"General" is the heading for the initial screen when you go to the camera settings. If you didn't see General as well as the On/Off toggle, it sounds like the app was having issues. While removing and reinstalling the doorbell fixed the issue, if it were to happen again, start with rebooting your phone and reinstalling the app.
