I have a problem with my Arlo Essential Video Doorbell. When the doorbell is pressed and a call comes to my mobile device, the speaker on the doorbell intermittently works / as does the video. Normally it’s one without the other. I have reset and reinstalled the device, I have the latest app and firmware also. Please help

The symptoms you describe could be an interference issue or an issue with internet speeds or mobile data.
What does the signal strength icon show for your doorbell? What are the download/upload speeds for your internet provider?

Thanks for reaching out. Signal strength is max and speeds of download 35 / upload 11 are normal. The router is in the hallway of my house, so the distance is not far
