Have Eero mesh network. Setup pro 3 floodlight camera that connected in less than 10 seconds. I'm on my second wired doorbell that will not connect. (Amazon replaced the first one).
Have gone through all the recommended troubleshooting. Paused the 5g and even added a 2.4 extender on a separate SSID. Nothing works to get this corrected. Tried opening a ticket and no help because I don't have a subscription? It's not installed yet Arlo.
Any suggestions or help appreciated....

You can always temporarily subscribe and then cancel it when done.

Yeah.
But the key idea is to request phone support on the floodlight, and then explain that it's actually about onboarding the doorbell.

I gave up. Sending it back - too much tome and money invested to mess with a system that won't connect. I'll keep the floodlight and see how it works out. Thanks for the reply...!!
