Arlo wired Doorbell Camera won't connect

Camera won’t connect to router unless router is moved closer to camera.  It is not practical to relocate the router.  Will a Wi-Fi extender or booster fix this problem?

If the doorbell is connected directly to your router and not a base or hub, yes, a WiFi extender would be the solution.
