Arlo video doorbell, wired and wireless

Customer has a wired video doorbell (front door, hooked to router )for 2 years.  Just added 4 Ultra 2 cameras with base station and a wireless video doorbell (rear doorbell, hooked to router). So the wife has control and requested her husband as a guess.  Husband was able to download the 4 Ultra 2 cameras, but can not download the wired and wireless doorbells to his phone.  Should the wife remove both doorbells from her phone then add them again to her phone, then request her husband as a guess again for the doorbells?  Also in the filters it shows she has the 4 cameras, and the rear door camera but not the front door camera.

Is the front doorbell included in the subscription plan?

I'd try sharing the doorbells again (w/o removing them from the account) first.  Have him accept the invite on a PC.

Yes, the front doorbell is on the subscription plan.  The 4 Ultra 2 and the wireless doorbell are on the 90 day trial.
