I have just bought an Arlo video doorbell and shared access with my wife on a different mobile, all working fine except when someone rings the door bell her phone does not ring..?? Her mobile phone is an Sony Experian if that makes a difference..??

Her device needs to be logged in the Arlo Secure app and the app needs to be active. If she signs out or closes the app, she will not receive calls or notifications.
