I just bought a new Arlo Video Doorbell and I installed as the instructions said, found out it wasn’t getting enough voltage so I had to replace my chime/doorbell transformer. After I replaced it I’m was now getting 17.3 volts. After that I completed the set up and tried the product and it worked. I was on the app and tried to update the software after I was waiting I looked back to see the progress and it said something like the doorbell was offline so what I did I tried to reconnect it but couldn’t so I just removed it from my list and try to do it all over again. When I did that or maybe even when it said offline the doorbell was not physically turning on, no lights nothing. So I tried to factory reset it many times and nothing. I know my connections are good because I’m getting good voltage at the screws of the unit. I’m ready to destroy it I know I’m getting 17.3 volts checked it with a multimeter and my home base station is good because my Arlo pro 3 cameras are working. I read something that these have an internal battery and it can get discharged while installing. Total time it was working was less than 30 mins. What can I do Instead of returning this and getting a ring doorbell?

It's possible that the transformer/wiring isn't holding up under load so the 17.3v drops as well as the needed current. It's also possible that your new transformer simply isn't supplying enough current. From the requirements:

The Arlo Video Doorbell requires a wired doorbell and chime with voltage between 16V AC and 24V AC, and a 10VA transformer.

It's also possible that it's a bad doorbell and a swap at the store can help.

how did you reset it ....if you can take it off the AC line rewire it and do a factory reset by pressing the little button in the middle of the 2 connector screws...  if you get to that  point and you get to the software prompt and it prompts you that its offline just press the reset button again without taking the doorbell from the power source... be careful not to short it by touching the two screws... Worked for me had a similar problem when reinstalling a replacement unit.
