So I don't want to use the call option, and I also don't want to use the motion detection option. I simply want it to notify my phone that someone rang the bell and to record video. Why in the world is this not an option??? And if it is then how do I get it to just notify when the button is pressed? Also it clearly has 2 way communication capabilities yet I can't simply talk through the bell without using the lame call option. When I use their cameras I can produce audio out of the camera just fine, but they don't give that option to the doorbell camera? WHY?

JosephBailey,
When live-streaming Arlo Video Doorbell, you can tap the microphone icon to enable two-way communication, just like other Arlo cameras.
If you do not want to receive a call, you can enable Silent mode within your doorbell settings and toggle off the incoming call. If you arm the doorbell, you will still receive notifications when motion is detected.
