Our arlo doorbell which is hooked up via battery was not working or connecting to our alexa.  We brought it in thinking maybe it had to with the very cold weather.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  I tried to log back in to my account and I am not getting the push notifications.  I tried resending and now I think I am locked out.  I have the app set to receive notifications.  Any help would be appreciated.
