I was assigned a case # with Arlo on April 23, 2020 after an online chat with an Arlo employee. This employee gave me an email address to send my request to after not being able to help me. To date, I have not had a response and wonder if anyone at Arlo is checking the email? I tried to start a chat today but was advised it is no longer available? Feeling frustrated...
