Need assistance on my doorbell cam. For the last couple of days I have had issue with the live feed but it would still pick up motions and send notifications to my phone. I ended up removing the device and try to re install and sync but it will not. How do I get the doorbell cam to get back in sync? The doorbell ring flashes a slow white lite.

Have you reset the doorbell? There's an FAQ in the support area here that details the process. Hold the button for >10 seconds.
