Arlo doorbell video won’t work

Every few days my arlo doorbell stops working. It is powered and you are able to use it for audio however the motion sensor and video do not work. I have to reset the doorbell device along with the device attached to my chime and typically it’ll come back online. After a few days, typically 3-4, it’ll fail again. I’ve checked that my firmware is up to date. I don’t believe it’s a distance issue to my base station because I have a camera in the garage which stays online. Does anyone have any advice? It’s very frustrating
