I just got a brand new Arlo doorbell from Arlo.com and I have a few questions.
1.Please, check the picture attached I am unable to unscrew the two screws at the back of the Arlo camera, it has been set too tight from the factory. I have tried with multiple types of screwdrivers, is there any trick to make it easier to unscrew, or is it a manufacturing fault?
2. When I measure with a multimeter it says the chime box is 12 Volts but on the cover of the chime box, it also says 16 VAC will this be compatible with the Arlo doorbell?
Additionally, if I try too hard to unscrew the grooves are getting destroyed.
I would appreciate it if someone would help.

helicopter_95,
If your transformer is not providing at least 16 volts, you may experience issues, take a look here for more information: How do I measure the voltage of my doorbell transformer?
For an example of how to wire using the wiring screws, take a look at the following video starting at 3:22: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMogHU9MyPI
