Arlo doorbell chiming on its own.

We have had our arlo wired doorbell since May and all of a sudden it has started chiming on its own.

Is the power kit installed?

Yes the power kit is installed. We've had it for 1 year and it just started chiming on it own and the video is distorted.

The warranty is one year - can you check if you are still covered?

Generally this could be a failed powerkit or perhaps a transformer issue.

Hey OP, I’m experiencing this issue too. It faintly chimes the old chimes even though I’ve set it to my HomePod and sometimes the video recordings are distorted. It was even distorted once while watching live video.

Did you find a fix?
