Arlo door bell not recording...unable to edit under mode video recording is grayed out.

Arlo door bell is not recording video detects motion but not longer to see videos on the library ....unable to edit under mode to record video that section is greyed out...please see picture

Just tried it here with no problem. Mine is connected to a hub - is yours connected to WiFi or a hub/base? I'd start by rebooting the doorbell and hub (if that's how it's connected) as well as rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. The web client can also be used as a sanity check. You may need to remove and resync the doorbell.
