Arlo Wired Video Doorbell WiFi Connection

My Arlo video doorbell worked great with my 2.4Ghz Wifi.  I changed to a Deco Mesh 6.0 network and cannot get the Arlo video doorbell to work.  It joined the network (the network reported the new access) but the video doorbell will not work (remains "offline").  I have left Arlo NUMEROUS chat messages (which state that someone will get back to me) but no one ever has (and weeks have passed!!).  Can anyone help with this?  Is the Arlo video doorbell simply incompatible with the 6.0 (although it did join it and accessed it)?  Had I known that Arlo provided NO support (and was completely unreachable) I would not have bought this product.  I was just looking into adding cameras, but it will no longer be from Arlo considering their complete lack of support.  Thank you!

Consider removing the doorbell your account and factory resetting using these instructions: How do I reset my Arlo Essential Video Doorbell?

 

After the reset is complete, attempt onboarding again. Do you still experience the same behavior?
