I received the Arlo Doorbell last week and it is greed/grey/blue lines running though it. When someone has walked up the video us very pixelated and you cannot see anything. I have check the firmware and running the newest one. I brought a network booster and have have it very close to the door. And I am not sure what to try next. Any thoughts?

First, I would remove the doorbell from your setup. Hold the reset button on the back of the doorbell (check the FAQ here for full reset directions) until the ring starts flashing. Set it back up again and test. If that doesn't help, it may be due to either a poor signal between your doorbell and hub or router or poor upload speeds through your ISP. To check for the former, look for the WiFi strength meter as well as any wireless devices near the doorbell or hub/router. You may need to reposition something to get a good signal. BTW, house construction can also play into this.
